Unsurprisingly, the District Court in Charlotte, NC is not easy to deal with. Trying to deal with a ticket for an expired license plate registration is ridiculously difficult. Maybe some of this info with help others.

So why is the district court in Charlotte NC using a Yahoo email address to field questions from the public? That is an excellent question. For the same reason that it took me far too long to be able to find their phone number online. If anyone from the District Court in Charlotte is reading this, please drop me a line and I would be happy to redesign your website and make it easier to use. I also might throw in an email address that uses your domain, but only if someone helps em out with this registration ticket.

I recieved a traffic ticket in mecklenburg county, it was speeding and wreckless driving, my speedometer had stoped working from w.v. to my brothers house in jacksonville flordia, i could not make it to court my car broke down not long after the ticket, and my daughter was in the hospital for two months durring that time, i have never been pulled over for speeding or any moving vilation in my life, i have a class d licences and try at all time to obey traffic rules, i would like to see if there is any possible way you can drop this down to were i can at least take care of it,so that i can get my licence back i really need them to take my daughters to school and go to work myself, if we can resolve this in any way please can we do so, thank you very much joy lynn carr
AM TRYING TO OBTAIN PENNSYLVANIA DRIVERS LICENSE. NEED TO COMPLETE AN ASSESSMENT FOR A DUI FROM CHARLOTTE IN 2000. ANUVIA SENT ME OUT OF STATE FORM WHICH SAYS I NEED 16HRS OF DUI CLASS. MY PROBLEM. THE DUI CLASS FOR PA. IS 12.5 HOURS OVER 5 WEEKS, THAT IS THE STATE REQUIREMENT. IS THIS CLASS ACCEPTABLE? IF NOT, WHAT CAN I DO FOR THE OTHER 3.5 HOURS?
I was wondering if I could pay my ticket this coming Monday the 5th of April. I was not aware that the city offices would be closed today, Friday April 2nd. I was prepared to pay off this ticket (which was due by the 4th) but due to this day being good Friday, and all the county offices were closed, I wasn’t able to.
My payday was today and I was not able to pay it any sooner. This ticket is outstanding and it was for speeding. I want to know were there any additional fees incurred so that I can pay it off Monday in its entireity before my license become jeopardized.
I was wondering if i could have my ticket reduced ( 73 in a 55 zone ) pay the fine and not have to come to court? Thank You.
